Proud of Ever Bar’s home in the heart of Hollywood, Lead Bartender Saeed House created an all-new cocktail category called the California Sour using the two of the state’s most popular beverages—tequila and rosé. Instead of bourbon, Ever Bar uses Herradura silver tequila as the base of the drink combined with lemon, simple syrup and egg white, topped with a floater of rosé. Made by Saeed House.
