Created by Paige Nelson in homage to both the iconic Bananas Foster and the famed New Orleans crime commissioner, Richard Foster, who hunted down the notorious female serial killer Madame Blanc, this sweet, yet sneaky drink contains dark rum and creme de cacao for a chocolaty flavor profile, with banana, cream and cinnamon, to add a warm, fiery aftertaste.
